Making Young Disciples
April 7 |6:15 – 7:45 p.m. | Village Church of Bartlett
At Village Church, we have the incredible task of discipling the children with which God has blessed our community. As the adults influencing these kids on a daily basis, we must consider how we can best pour into their hearts, minds, souls, bodies, and spirits. In our April class, we will begin with concepts discussed in premarital counseling and work backward. We will uncover how choices, habits, expectations, and modeling come into play throughout childhood and the teen years as we prepare our children for success in adult relationships. We can’t wait to explore this topic in the context of our community together.

Good Friday Services

As we gather together, we will journey through the events of Jesus’ crucifixion in a meaningful and reflective manner. It is our hope that this service will allow us to deepen our understanding of the magnitude of Christ’s love and sacrifice for us. Childcare will be available for ages 0-Preschool during the service. We also encourage families to attend together and participate in this time of contemplating Jesus’ atoning work on the cross that will culminate in the ultimate celebration on Resurrection Sunday.

Replanted
The Open Heart Open Homes team is excited to host a Replanted group at Village Church monthly on Sunday evenings. The Replanted ministry provides support for foster and adoptive families helping them heal, connect, and thrive. Parents work through a discipleship curriculum designed by Replanted while children meet in a separate space with trained childcare mentors who understand their journey. Families and volunteers then enjoy a meal together as the evening wraps up. Groups meet with the same members from September to May–giving you the opportunity to develop safe, life-giving relationships with one another.

Vacation Bible School 2025
July 21-25 | Village Church of Bartlett
Preschool – 6th grade students, join us for Magnified! our 2025 Vacation Bible School! Our amazing God is not only the Creator of all things, but He also cares about His creation, right down to the tiniest detail. And the Bible tells us that people are the most significant part of that creation. God created you and knows every detail about you—right down to the design of your fingerprints and the number of hairs on your head. God cares about everything that happens to you. Magnified! will encourage kids to look closely at the details of God’s amazing world and magnify, or proclaim, the greatness of God. God made us, cares about us, loves us, forgives us, and is faithful to keep all His promises to us. We can praise God together! We were made to magnify God!
