Community Groups

As the Village Church grows larger, our focus on “growing smaller” becomes more important. Help us grow small by connecting and engaging people as a Community Group leader, host, or apprentice.

Village Men

Do you have a heart to see men growing in their faith and impacting their families, church, and communities? So do we! We need your help with everything from First Tuesday support to one on one discipleship.

Village Women

Connect with women and help disciple them through all walks of life! We have multiple opportunities for you to serve, including as a table leader, greater, or with setup for our events.

Next Generation Ministries

We are in need of volunteers to build relationships with our parents and kids and help build kid disciples. If you have a heart for equipping parents and discipling kiddos, we would love to have you help!

The 5/6 is a weekly ministry were we disciple students in 5th and 6th grade. This is a transitional ministry from Village Kids to FORGE, so it has Sunday school and youth group aspects.

Disciple students in grades 7-12 as a Forge group leader. Small group leaders typically attend the weekly gatherings on Thursday from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

There are countless ways for you to come alongside people in our church family who need care and support, including home visitations, home repairs, and meal requests!

Communications

Are you a photographer, writer, or copy-editor? Our communications team is looking for volunteers to help tell the stories within Village Church in visual and written formats!

We are looking for men and women who are skilled in general labor including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. We could also use help with landscaping, gardening, and watering plants!

We have several opportunities for general administration volunteers, including filing, special projects, welcome bag preparations, and more!

Eval Team

Our eval team regularly meets with people at Village Church of Bartlett to discuss their experiences and get their feedback. Volunteer as an administrator to help us manage scheduling, or as an interviewer.
