If you love kids and enjoy making a difference in their lives, Next Gen is the ministry for you. Complete an Interest Form for Village Kids, The 5/6, or Forge and a member of our team will connect with you shortly.
Become a Next Gen Leader!
Whether you want to volunteer with our preschoolers or lead a 9th grade small group, everyone must submit an agreement form. These forms outlines some of our values along with details of the onboarding process.
Department of Child and Family Services Training
Sign up for training from the Department of Child and Family Services.
Complete Child Protective Policy Training
All Village Kids Leaders must complete this online Child Protective Policy training before filling a role in the Village Kids ministry.
Facebook Groups
Join one of our private Facebook groups to connect with one another and to keep up with what’s going on in each ministry. Join the group in which you serve or your child attends. The Village Kids Leaders Group is for leaders only.
Background Check
All volunteers 18+ must undergo a background check. Our staff will reach out to you if this applies to you.
Download Planning Center Services
We use Planning Center to schedule volunteers and make sure you have the information and resources you need to be a Village Kids Leader. Please download the mobile app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store
Download Church Center
Church Center is the “customer-facing” side of Planning Center. We use Planning Center to create content housed in this one-stop shop app. Find Registrations, a Directory, Mobile Check-In, and so much more!
