What Does FORGE Do?
Each Thursday, students grades 7-12 hang out, play games, eat food, and listen to what God has to say to us through worship and teaching. Throughout the semester we have exciting events like Mario Kart Tournaments, Four Square Competitions, and lots of fun!
Welcome to Forge!
We are so glad you are looking into Forge, and we look forward to meeting you! We would love to get a little bit of information so that we can keep you in the loop on what’s happening in Forge.

Forge: Summer Missions Recap Night
August 6 | 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. | Village Church of Bartlett
The whole church is invited to a special evening at Forge on our Summer Missions Recap Night. Come hear firsthand accounts from students about how the Lord worked in and through them over the course of their mission trips this summer. We want to rally around these students and celebrate God’s work through their local experiences on Edge in Bartlett, international endeavors in Mexico, a service trip in Crandon, WI, and their week of ministry at VBS. No registration is required, and all ages are invited to attend.
Next Gen: Leader’s Launch
August 30 | 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. | Village Church of Bartlett
Calling all the leaders and volunteers in our Next Gen ministries – Village Kids, Awana, The 5/6, and Forge – to join us for our annual Next Gen Leader’s Launch! We are so excited about the role you will play in helping us to make disciples who go, grow, and overcome. We want to equip you well and encourage you as we begin another ministry year. We will eat lunch and share our vision for our year ahead, as well as have a training specific to the ministry you serve. The training is expected to last approximately two hours after lunch. Childcare will only be available as needed.
Find a curated list of resources compiled for parents of young children and students. On the Training For Parents page, you will find technology resources (including a Family Tech and Cell Phone Agreement), book recommendations, video training from Making Young Disciples classes, and much more. It is our prayer that these resources will equip you to provide ongoing discipleship for the children and students in your home.
