VK leaders will commit to the Village Church community values of discipleship as expressed through the acronym “TERMS”*.
These five values will be reflected in all that we do.

| R | Relationships | Through intentional spiritual relationships, we foster a community of spiritual growth, support, and accountability. | |
| M | Ministry | Through age-appropriate and impactful ministry, we expand God’s kingdom in Village Church, our community, and the world. | |
| S | Spiritual disciplines | Through consistent practice of spiritual disciplines, we intentionally pursue a deeper personal relationship with Jesus Christ. | |
